RPA Prague is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with expertise spanning impact assessment, evaluation, and economics. The areas of particular interest for RPA Prague include regulatory and health economics, impact assessment/evaluation, as well as Occupational Health & Safety (OSH)/chemical risk policies.
Daniel Vencovsky is the Director of RPA Prague. Daniel specialises in impact assessments/evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and other studies, primarily for public sector clients. For example, Daniel has worked on assessing the economic costs of occupational cancer, the health benefits of increased seafood consumption, the human health and environmental consequences of pesticide exposure, etc.

Winnie is a dedicated Researcher at RPA Prague, and currently pursuing her PhD in Economics at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education - Economics Institute (CERGE-EI), in the Czech Republic. She holds an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nairobi. During her master's studies, Winnie focused on the Green Economy, specifically analyzing various electricity generation scenarios for Kenya and evaluating their environmental impact and costs. Prior to her doctoral studies, she gained valuable research experience at Kirinyaga Investment and Development Authority (KIDA) and Utafiti International Limited, where she worked as a researcher and research assistant, respectively. Notably, Winnie played an instrumental role at KIDA in successfully developing a grant proposal for riparian land rehabilitation. Her expertise extends to data collection, analysis, and monitoring of World Bank projects.
